This shared vision will better frame, focus, and organize future work in machine learning impact across the globe, and will support the development of a clear roadmap for research into issues of safety and impact in the digital age.
Goals
- Build an infrastructure of researchers from academic universities and private institutions to explore the impact of machine learning on human health and safety
- Develop a network of research groups
- Host a set of focused summits aimed at developing a problem framing white paper that defines a core research roadmap
- Develop and disseminate white paper to craft research funding plans
